The AccoXpert Desktop Sync Utility is a Windows application that you install on the computer where your accounting software (like Tally, Miracle, or Busy) is installed. It reads data directly from your software's database and securely syncs it to your AccoXpert cloud account. No manual exports or file uploads required.
Currently, we support Tally Prime, Tally ERP 9, Miracle Accounting, and Busy Accounting. Support for QuickBooks and Marg ERP is coming soon. We also offer custom connectors for businesses using proprietary systems or SQL databases.
When you first connect your software, our AI analyzes your data structure and automatically suggests mappings between your fields and AccoXpert fields. You can review, adjust, and save these mappings. For subsequent syncs, the saved mappings are applied automatically.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted using 256-bit encryption before leaving your computer. We use secure HTTPS connections and API key authentication. Your data is never stored unencrypted, and we maintain complete audit trails of all sync activities.
